Sweet treats for Christmas (2010)

Last year's Christmas was nice, warm , cozy and relaxing with only two married couples enjoying the desserts I made for the dinner party:
1 -  plain (by request!) angel food cake - I still made some whipped ganache on the side...
2 - cake filled with peach custard (diplomat), covered with whipped cream
3 - polos - a dessert recipe I found on Maya's blog. Give it a try, you will not regret it!

 The "polos" were disappearing pretty fast straight from the container, did not have a chance to arrange them neatly on a plate.
