A night in Venice (May 19 - 2011)

OMG!!! You have to try this recipe from Lily's blog! Is probably the best dessert ever, although I was not able to slice it as neatly as Lily did...

The coconut layer (on the bottom) bakes at the same time with the cocoa layer, can't get any easier or tastier than this! Make sure you let the dessert come to room temperature after you take it out from the fridge, and run your knife through warm water to cut nice and easy through the rich european style butter cream and chocolate layer on top.
