I made this cake for my best friend (I call her Mami) just because...
The flowers are made with chocolate paste. The cake was filled with pineapple custard cream ("diplomat"), then topped with whipped cream.
Made some extra flowers (chocolate paste) but they just did not fit well on the cake...
