I made these chocolate eggs (for the first time in my life!) for Easter, some were filled with vanilla pudding (home made by me, not the boxed stuff) and some were filled with raspberry pudding (also home made). They were fun to make! I used washed and dried egg shells, I've been saving them for a while... Thank you Lissa (Liliana Botescu din Orastie) for teaching me how to do this! http://torturilelissei.blogspot.com/2009/03/oua-de-ciocolata.html
Below you can see the bottom of the eggs - it keeps the cream filling inside the chocolate egg and gives stability to the finished product when put on a plate, basket arrangement or on a cake.
